- We try to provide Folkstore customers with excellent customer service and fast, reasonable shipping. In-stock items are typically shipped with 48 business hours of placing an order; for out-of-stock merchandise orders customers will be informed of delays via email or phone. USPS and UPS Ground are most often used, but we do also have other shipping services available. Please specify your preference if you have one. - Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted with a sales slip; return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact the Folkstore Manager by email at folkstore@tauny.org or by phone at 315-386-4289.
- Ordering
- Orders placed on the North Country Folkstore website will typically be filled within 48 hours of receipt. If an item is back ordered, the customer will be notified of an expected delivery date. Questions not addressed on the website should be directed to the Folkstore Manager by email at folkstore@tauny.org or by phone at 315-386-4289.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Online transactions require credit card payment. Prices listed online are subject to change; the price listed at the time of purchase will be the final charge. TAUNY members receive a 10 percent discount on most Folkstore purchases. - Sales Tax
- The North Country Folkstore will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York. Each customer is responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
